We conducted early design sessions to evaluate their current brand style to confirm new opportunities for engaging existing and marketing qualified clients. We found that adjusting the commercial vehicle page’s layout and user navigation necessitates a specific persona that differentiates users on the website. Building on this persona, we created a network of child pages under their commercial vehicles parent page. Central to this work was an emphasis on incorporating industrial design elements with WCAG-accessible UX. Additionally, we integrated buttons that navigated from each service to its respective state-hosted portal.

Defining the services on-page for Tag and Title at Hilltop’s niched users required research into suggested language and messaging. Based on aggregate findings, we recommended adding descriptive language to each service.
