Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC)

Overview

The Greater Baltimore Committee set out to refresh their website’s UX and UI of certain offerings, news, and external affairs objectives. We All Rise collaborated with GBC to revamp key sections of their website. By redesigning the Board Members, Partnerships, Staff Members, Press Release, and Blog pages, our goal was to provide GBC with a refreshing, interactive, and resourceful navigational and user-centric digital experience that effectively communicates their values and offerings.

Transforming Digital Experiences for Enhanced Engagement

Our Approach

  1. We began with a thorough analysis of user needs and the existing digital structure.
  2. Our team then crafted intuitive interfaces paired with robust backend functionality tailored to each page’s unique requirements.

Optimizing existing pages

We updated specific pages with a new and optimized interface, including an enhanced backend functionality to clearly present different types of board members.

A new and improved Partnership Page

We developed a dynamic, interactive Partnership page that is engaging and information-rich. The design and development phases of this page were developed along a comprehensive and collaborative process, measuring insights and touchpoints from key stakeholders to form a tailored-vision come to life. As a result, GBC is better suited to attracting and educating future partners.

How we improved existing templates

We designed new interfaces for GBC to present Blogs and Press Releases. We developed these interfaces with a comprehensive back-end management interface to add and modify existing press releases and blogs seamlessly. We worked with GBC to ensure this layout is section 508, WCAG, and ADA title II compliant. This development provides an enhanced user experience for many types of users, further improving GBC’s existing and new user retention benchmarks.

Results

The sum of comprehensive website development and design updates resulted in a more visually appealing and user-friendly digital experience for users first landing on GBC.org as well as returning visitors. With enhanced interactivity and clearer presentation of key resources and conversion events, we share the Greater Baltimore Committee’s satisfaction of ideating and implementing the developments and project management procedures.
